While completing her Diploma of Counselling, she combines formal training with real-world experience to create a supportive, down-to-earth space where clients feel comfortable opening up and creating real change.

With a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management, a background in HR, and hands-on experience as a Support Worker in aged care, Taylor has developed a strong understanding of people, connection, and the challenges that come with navigating life’s ups and downs. Her approach is compassionate, encouraging, and grounded in evidence-based practices, helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a practical, empowering way.

Taylor has experience supporting clients with anxiety, grief, confidence, and overall wellbeing, and has a special passion for helping women feel empowered and confident within themselves. She also loves working with young adults, supporting them to untangle overwhelming thoughts, build self-belief, and develop a kinder relationship with themselves.

Outside the counselling room, Taylor loves dancing, moving her body, and finding joy in life’s simple moments.
